If you click on the first link, https://meet.lync.com/xxx/yyy/zzz, system will try to join the meeting with Skype client program. If there is no Skype client program on the device, system will open the default browser and start the Skype Web App plugin.

If you click on the second link, https://meet.lync.com/xxx/yyy/zzz?sl=1, system will open the default browser directly and start the Skype Web App plugin.
