How to block popup ads in Mozilla Firefox 2?

If you are getting a lots of popup ads, and want to block them when using Mozilla Firefox 2, you can follow this tutorial.
1. Run Mozilla Firefox 2.
2. Go to menu Tools and select Options. The Options dialog box shows up.
3. Click the Content tab.
4. Make the "Block pop-up windows" checkbox checked as shown in this picture:
