Convert PowerPoint Presentation to Video
How to convert a PowerPoint presentation to a video file, like MP4 or WMV?

You can use the "Save as" function in PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016
to convert a presentation to a video file in MPEG-4 (MP4) or WMV video format as described below:
1. Open the presentation in PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016.
2. Click "File > Save as" menu.
3. Select the folder where you want to save the PDF file.
4. Open "Save as type" dropdown list and select MPEG-4 Video (*.mp4) or Windows Media Video (*.wmv).
5. Enter the video file name.
6. Click "Save" button.
PowerPoint will automatically play the presentation from the first slide to the last slide and created a video file to record the play. It may a few minutes to finish for a large presentation with background music and embedded audio clips.
For example, if you select "MPEG-4 Video (*.mp4)", the PowerPoint presentation will be converted to a MP4 file. You can play it later with any MP4 player.
